Rust & Dubois Bassoons

The Hichwa-Rachor database contains two original bassoons of Veuve Rust & Dubois. The firm flourished in Lyon from 1821 to 1830. At the death of Charles Rust in 1821, his widow, Marie Cognet, continued the firm with Emmanuel Dubois, and this partnership became Veuve Rust & Dubois, which continued until 1830.
