The Hichwa-Rachor database contains one original bassoon of Louis Müller (d. 1867). He flourished in Lyon, France, from c.1836-c.1867. Müller worked for his uncle François Sautermeister, whom he succeeded in 1830. The firm was sold to Cousin in 1867.
