There is 1 original bassoon of D. Lott in the Hichwa-Rachor database. Very little is known of this maker except from his maker’s stamp. It is thought that he flourished in Saxony in the second half of the 18th Century. There an oboe stamped “D.Lott” in the Rijksmuseum musical instrument collection.
