There is 1 Pierre Godfroy jeune (b La Couture 1805) bassoon in the Hichwa-Rachor database. He flourished in Paris from 1823 to 1845. Pierre was the nephew of Clair Godfroy. Like his uncle, he made all woodwind instruments but was principally known as a flute maker. In 1836, he was listed as a “maker of flute, flageolet, clarinet, military instruments.”
