Preston, John Bassoon

The Hichwa-Rachor database contains one original bassoon of John Preston (d. 1800). His firm flourished in London from 1776 to 1834. According to Jansen, although an instrument maker, his principal business was that of a music publisher. Few of his instruments have come down to us.
