Poerschmann, Johann Bassoons

The Hichwa-Rachor database contains two original bassoons of Johann Poerschmann (1680-1757) and one copy based on a Johann Poerschmann bassoon in the Hichwa-Rachor database. He flourished in Leipzig from a1708 to his death in 1757. He trained two important bassoon makers who are a part of this database: August Grenser and Jakob Grundmann.
